Founded in 2009 by former MLB Kansas City Royal player Mark Quinn. Mark brings the unique experience of having both played and coached at the Big League level. The Royals are a true “Select Team” organization that has trained and mentored young ballplayers in the Houston area that aspire to play High School baseball and beyond. We’ve had several players come through our youth system and go on to play at all levels of college baseball and selected as high as the 2nd round in the MLB draft. In our 15 yr history, we have developed benchmarks that players should meet at each age and phase of development if they want to be at the top of their recruiting class. In 2022, we partnered with Buckley Performance to have a new home and training ground to ensure that all players in our system have an MLB level training facility. With 9 full size batting cages, 2 indoor infields and a  6000 sq ft state of the art weight room, the Royals will be at the forefront of player development in the greater Houston area for years to come. We are always looking for ballplayers that love the game and want to learn how to play the “Royal” way. We take pride in developing not only great ballplayers, but great kids and young men that will carry our values on and off the field.
