Established in 2009 by former MLB Kansas City Royals player Mark Quinn, our organization benefits from his unique experience as both a player and coach at the Big League level. The Royals operate as a genuine “Select Team,” dedicated to training and mentoring young athletes in the Houston area who aim to play high school baseball and beyond. Over the years, numerous players have progressed through our youth system, advancing to all levels of college baseball and being selected as high as the 2nd round in the MLB draft. With 18 years of experience, we’ve set benchmarks for player development at each age and stage, ensuring they stand out in their classes.  We partnered with The Training Yard, providing a training facility that includes 9 full-size batting, 2 indoor infields, and a 6,000 sq ft state-of-the-art weight room, positioning the Royals at the forefront of player development in the greater Houston area for years to come. We seek passionate ballplayers eager to learn the “Royal” way, taking pride in cultivating not only skilled athletes but also exemplary young men who embody our values both on and off field.
